DELMA ENGINEERING UK

Delma Engineering UK Ltd is a sub-holding company established at the end of 2017 with the aim to develop the strategic hub of Group foreign activities. The share capital of the firm, equal to GBP 16.8 Million, is held by ICM (55%) and Simest SpA (45%), a public Italian supporting the internalization of Italian firms. ICM has transferred to Delma Engineering UK Ltd its controlling interests in the main group foreign legal entities: Delma Middle East Enterprises (Qatar), Independent Costruction Group Muscatt Ilc (Oman) and ICM USA Ilc (USA).

  • ORIGINS

    The origins of ICM Group date back to 1921.
    From the Fifties to the Seventies, the company acquired works in the public and private sectors, and developed a full range of industrial initiatives related to the construction industry.

  • DEVELOPMENT

    In 1976, the scope of the company extended abroad, with the incorporation of Delma and the acquisition of important works in extra-UE countries.

  • TODAY

    The ICM Group operates in the field of large civil, industrial and infrastructure engineering work through the activity of the sub-holding company ICM S.p.A., one of the most important Italian general contractors in terms of turnover, number of employees and order backlog.
